What's the difference between the free call, paid audit, and strategy session?

Discovery call (free, 15 min) is a fit check. Account Audit ($500) is a written deep-dive with 5 prioritised recommendations and a Loom walkthrough. Strategy Session ($350) is a 60-min live working session with your account open — credited toward retainer if you sign in 14 days.

How long before I see results?

The first 30 days are infrastructure. We audit, build and test — so when we scale in months 2 and 3, we're scaling what works. Meaningful ROAS improvement by end of month 2. Transformational scale in months 3–6.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. Flat monthly retainer. A percentage creates the wrong incentive — pushing budgets higher regardless of performance. Your ad spend goes straight to the platform. We charge for strategy, management and results.

How do you report on performance?

Every retainer includes weekly reports and a monthly strategy review — inside the retainer fee. Scale tier and above includes a real-time KPI dashboard. No vanity metrics. No reports designed to obscure underperformance.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Most tiers have a 3-month minimum, Elite is 6 months. After that, month-to-month. No lock-ins, no penalty. We'd rather earn your business every month.
